“Charged” Jaguar XE SV Project 8 became the fastest road sedan of the Nurburgring. “Briton” drove the race track about 11 seconds faster than the previous record holder – Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio.
XE SV Project 8 debuted in the summer. The model was developed by the factory tuning studio of the British automaker – SVO.
The car was equipped with a five-liter V8 engine with drive-driven injection.
The output of the engine is 600 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. From the place up to 96 kilometers per hour the “charged” XE accelerates in 3.3 seconds, and its maximum speed is 320 kilometers per hour.
The model also received carbon body elements, titanium exhaust, carbon-ceramic brakes and retuned suspension.
The cost of XE SV Project 8 is about $ 200,000. In total, the company will produce 300 such cars.
